I haven't slept well. Monday night and last night, I've fallen into bed, exhausted, falling asleep quickly only to wake up a few hours later and be wide awake. This happened Monday night around midnight. I fell into bed around 10 and was wide awake at 11:51. Last night was better but not by much. I did sleep but it was restless. I tossed and turned a lot, waking up, rolling over, finding a more comfortable position, then falling back asleep.
When I don't sleep well, my fibro flares up in a big way. Yesterday, I hurt a lot and it hurt to even walk. A few people at work noticed and asked about it (I was walking slower and with a slight limp) and I just smiled and said I was tired. People don't understand. I was so tired last night, I went to bed quickly after I was home from moms only to find it difficult to get comfortable (my hips were killing me.)
It's better this morning but only by a little bit. I took some Advil when I got up, and I hope it works.
Today is supposed to be my last day in Safety so there is lots to do to get everything done.
In other news: My sister got her beads yesterday and loved them. My dad was WAY cranky last night and made me want to stab myself in the forehead with a pencil. James didn't call but I got to hang out with my mom some. Tina went back to the doctor yesterday and still has Pneumonia.
I got my "boo" bags delivered Monday night and last night, I was booed myself!!! I was slightly disappointed when I got home about 8:45 to find nothing on my door step. I got my mail and headed in to open and sort through. (Who am I kidding, it was only 3 pieces of mail.) I was opening my Verizon bill when I heard this light knock on my door and then this mad dash (yes, I heard the clomping down the stairs) and all this giggling. I opened the door to find a small bucket filled with Halloween goodies and my very own "boo" sign to hang on my door. I was so excited! I took a picture but forgot to upload them last night/this morning so I'll post them later.
Tonight is hair cut night. And then I'm going to head to Walmart. Sarah has totally inspired me lately with all her craftiness so I'm going to steal her idea and make this wreath. I'm going to make a Christmas one. I never made it to the store last night (my dad was way cranky and I ran out of time before I had to be at my moms) so I'm going to go tonight (if I remember) after my hair cut appointment. I'm so excited by all this craftiness. It's so fun to do stuff of my own and see how it turns out. Sarah sent me another idea last night that I'm totally going to steal so I'm adding food coloring to my Walmart list. :)
This is so fun! Thank you Sarah for sharing ideas with me and cheering me own during my own crafty process.
I <3 that wreath! It's super cute! Let's make one...
