Well, it's been a busy 2 days since I last posted. I've officially moved over to my new job, though Gary and Lynn (my new bosses) are not quite sure exactly what I'll be doing, I've been sitting with members of the team to get a feel for how the operation works. Monday, I start to sit with the Resources team to see how our inbound load operation works. A lot of the process with B&K and sitting with Jerry (who runs our Dallas plant) and Shannon (who used to run our Groveport plant) was a refresher course. It was a lot like riding a bike for me and most of it came back pretty quickly. Obviously, processes have changed and B&K is handling a LOT more now but when you get down to the bones of it, it's pretty much the same.

I already feel like a part of the team over here. Everyone has made me very welcome, including me in conversations and making me feel like a part of the team. I already feel MUCH better then I did, even 2 days ago. It's obviously an adjustment (people actually say cuss words over here) but it's much nicer then where I was.

I got my hair did on Wednesday (it's MUCH, MUCH darker and so far, everyone loves it) and then ran to the dollar store for some more Halloween snaziness (is that even a word?) and other random items. I chatted with Sarah last night and we were completely goofy and stupid. It's so much fun to be like that with her. We have so many private jokes. Then, I watched Grey's and Private Practice. I slept ALL night too. First night, all week.

I plan to make this wreath this weekend. I'll do my normal grocery shopping as well, clean my apartment and maybe do my laundry.

Tonight, Sue and Hershell are having a get together for John (he got out of prison, after 3 years, today) so I might go over there to see him for a bit. I'm not sure yet, mom has a horrible headache and if she doesn't go, I'm not going either. No way am I going to put myself in the lions den without her.

Other random tidbits: I need to get back on my diet. My shirt is a tad tight today (like clinging to all my fat rolls) and I can't stand it. My fibro is better today but I have a massage appointment next week. I'm going to take a gun class starting the 25th.
