Scentsy, Metamora, Sickness....oh my!

I'm sick. It started yesterday with a sore throat and a headache. This morning, I have a stuffy nose, sore throat and a headache. Yay. Metamora should be so fun this weekend. I don't really have the money to go to the Urgent Care or anything and honestly, if it's just a cold, they won't do much for it anyway. So, I have cough drops and I'm going to drink lots of orange juice this weekend if I can.

I'm still getting used to all the expenses of living on my own so I have to carefuly watch my money. I don't have a lot of extra right now to be honest. I know I'll get the hang of things soon (I figure by December) but right now, I'm still adjusting. Renee reminded me last night to pay my rent which is due tomorrow. I'm totally glad she did, I would have completely forgotten. Nice huh? I'm just not used to all of this yet. I'm still getting used to living alone!

So much to do between tonight and tomorrow morning. My mom is working today so we can't get the van to pack until after she gets off work at 7:30. So, I'm kind of at a stand still until then. I have a feeling I might miss Grey's tonight (thank God for DVR) since we'll be packing up the van for tomorrow.

We're leaving Tina's house tomorrow morning at 5AM (ugh, ugh, ugh) so it will be an early night for me. Maybe Tina has some Nyquil I can take (to try to head off the sickness).

Please pray that we do well in Metamora this weekend. Please, please, please, with cherries on top.
