Ummm....

I have a cold. I was sneezing on and off yesterday (I figured it was just allergies) and I woke up this morning all congested and couldn't breathe. I'm sure it's from sitting on 2 planes this past week. Ugh. I slept horribly again last night, tossed and turned all night long. I'm in a LOT of pain this morning. My hips and legs are killing me. It's going to be another great day in the neighborhood.

I missed DWTS last night, I fell asleep shortly after we got home from the grocery store. *sigh* I see tonight being another one of those nights where I come home from dads and pass out into my bed. What a great way to start the week after vacation! I'd give anything to be back at Sarah's right now.

Pam called off this morning. Evidently, her father in law fell last night and is bleeding internally. Because he has Leukemia, they cannot get the bleeding to stop and they have put him on life support. He has a Living Will stating he does not want to live on machines so they are waiting for the daughter to fly in from Atlanta so she can see him before they remove him from life support. :( She's not sure what's going to happen once they remove him from life support. The doctors said it could take minutes for him to pass or it could be days. I'm so sad for them. Pam was crying pretty hard this morning when she called.

Pam had a few meetings scheduled for today so I will be attending those for her (the ones I can anyway) and trying to get our company fire drill scheduled with the building manager. She told me if I didn't feel comfortable doing it, I didn't have to but it doesn't bother me. We'll see what Tom (the building manager) says this morning when I meet with him.

Positive: I found Sun Maid Raisin/Cinnamon English Muffins at the store last night. YUM! They are only 3 points. Mmmmmm....I just had one for breakfast. It needs some honey or something but it was good none the less. I'm kind of excited to be back on my diet. I think it's kind of fun to find new foods. We also bought some Skinny Cow Ice Cream last night. I'm anxious to try that. We got Chocolate w/ fudge cones. Mmmmmm....YUM!! It's way expensive so I hope it's good.

I sent out emails yesterday to some girls here at work and on Facebook about starting a Bunco group. So far, I've only had 3 people ask about it. Shannon (my oldest friend) said she'd give it a try, the girl that cuts my hair asked for more information and said she'd probably be interested, Tonya (at work) never responded when I sent her more information. I'm kind of disappointed but we'll see what happens over the next few days.

What else? Hmmmm...I found out that James is officially in prison. He left last Tuesday for CRC in Orient, Ohio. From there, he'll be "placed" into a regular facility for the length of his time. He'll be serving 6 months. His scheduled out date at this time is for October.

Tim's daughter Anna lost her baby. She was about 10 weeks and went in for a ultra sound and they found no heartbeat. She had to have a DNC to have the baby removed. From what I understand, she's not handling it very well (and why would she?) and has taken all the pain pills the doctor gave her.....she's also a herion addict and Tim is now talking about asking her to leave his home because she's taken all the pain pills and is drinking pretty heavily.

I'm so glad to be home.

Okay, off to get started. I'm dreading today already.
