Grape Salad

2 small boxes of sugar-free French Vanilla Pudding
2 boxes of fat-free cream cheese (I used the 1/3 less fat ones from Philly Cream Cheese)
2 cups of Splenda
1 16 ounce of fat free sour cream

1 pound of red grapes
1 pound of white grapes


Wash & take the grapes off the stems, set aside. Mix the pudding, cream cheese, Splenda, sour cream together - I used a hand held mixer until it's smooth like icing. Slowly, fold in the grapes until all are covered. Pour into casserole dish and chill over night.

This stuff is the FREAKING BOMB! I could eat the 11x7 casserole dish all by myself. YUM!!!
