HIP-HIP HOORAY!

Positives for the weekend:

Saturday: I got a box from Sarah! Her boxes never fail to make me feel good. She sent me a "Team Edward" bag and a beautiful journal. I'm going to start tracking my positive thoughts in there as well. That journal is GORGEOUS and I can't wait to start using it. She also wrote me some positive notes in there, they made me cry. :) But in a good way. Also, I saw my therapist on Saturday morning and she said she thinks I'm doing better. I still have a ways to go but she's seeing improvement and that was music to my ears! I see her again in three weeks. I'm supposed to just maintain what I'm doing now, keeping track of positive things, trying to read the book she told me to read, not worrying abut things until they happen...etc...

Sunday: Went for a walk, did my grocery shopping for the week and I weighed myself. I wasn't supposed to weigh myself until today but I HAVE LOST 2 POUNDS! I'm so excited. My "daily points" have dropped from 24 to 23 so I'll adjust a little. The points drop each time you lose weight. I'm also way proud of myself for not going over on my points this weekend. I was so tempted to just hit up McD's and get that cheeseburger I've been craving but I didn't. I might do that sometime this week though. I'm craving a cheeseburger and sweet tea so bad. I also cleaned out the fridge/freezer this weekend. We had not done it in awhile and I took advantage of my mom being at work (a.k.a. no one there to tell me what can/cannot be thrown out). I wiped everything down the best I could and threw out old stuff or questionable stuff. I refilled it of course with all my goodies from WalMart. Then I headed to the pantry. I cleaned that out, partially. Alot of stuff stored in there is for cooking or baking so I wasn't sure what was good and what wasn't.

I felt like I got a lot accomplished this weekend. I walked twice - once with Tina and once by myself. I got my grocery shopping done, I cleaned out the fridge/freezer & part of the pantry. I labeled and delivered a Scentsy party and then on Saturday delivered some individual orders. I stuck to my diet. I saw my therapist. All in all, it was a really good weekend.

Breakfast today: 100 calorie bagel & WW cream cheese plus strawberry yogurt. (Plus coffee of course)
