Positive for yesterday: My mind just went blank. Yesterday wasn't a bad day at all. I just can't think of one positive. I know that they are there, I just can't think right now. I haven't had coffee yet. :) So, my positive for yesterday is that it was a good day!
Cindy sent me an email yesterday, it was very interesting and makes me feel better about the decision I made about the house. I'll copy it over here:
I was chatting with a neighbor of mine who lives up the street. Her and her hubby have their house up for sale/rent right now and I was talking to her about it (no, we won't be moving in there). BUT, they have been looking at houses. We chatted about your situation and she said that they ran into the same thing with one of their houses, too. Turns out -- they were the SAME HOUSE! 130 Michael. OMG!!! She said that they were all ready to move into the house, pre-approved, everything. They offered $77 and she took it -- but FHA wouldn't approved the loan because of basement damage. They said that they would approve the loan if the seller fixed it and she refused...my neighbor said that her realtor told her that the seller didn't want to put any money into the house. While not a shock, it's stupid because that house will sit if she doesn't fix it.
Everything happens for a reason! I guess now I know the reason I'm not meant to have this house.
