School & Sarah

Well, I’ve made the decision. I’m going to go back to school. I’m going to major in Business and getting my Associates Degree will take about 26 months.

I’ll be honest. I don’t think, if it wasn’t for Sarah, I would be doing this. She keeps after me about things like this. I may mention it, like, “I was thinking about going to school.” And she’ll bring it up, months later…or minutes later or whatever. She’s really pushed this for me. And when I told her Amstan paid 75%, she virtually hit me in the head and said there was no other time then NOW.

She also encourages me, which is a big thing. She tells me I’m smart and that I can do it and that she knows I’ll be great, she offers me support from 2000 miles away and I know her (or even Nick) will help me achieve this goal I’ve set for myself.

I’m scared. I’m nervous. I’m excited. I’m like “Uh, I’m really doing this, holy moly.”

But, I think when it’s all said and done, no matter how hard it is, when I get finished and I have my Associates Degree in hand, I’ll be so proud of myself.

So, thank you Sarah. Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for pushing me. Thank you for being my friend.
