Stupid Rain

Okay, this stupid rain is driving me nuts. It's making it hard for me to get up in the mornings and it's making my Fibro worse. I ache all over. My hips especially. Ugh. Stupid rain!! It's foggy here this morning and supposed to be muggy and hot. 85 degrees here and then severe storms again tonight. W T F? LOL! I know it's spring but this weather is CRAZY.

I overslept this morning and didn't drag my butt out of bed until 5:50. So, needless to say, my hair did NOT get washed today. I forgot my perfume. I left the house 10 minutes later then I normally do. Ugh.

Positive for yesterday: Almost finished reading Breaking Dawn! I had a relatively peaceful evening, ate dinner, read my book, talked to my mom for awhile...peaceful evening. Boring, but peaceful. I'm really trying to avoid watching TV other then my normal shows. I read on some of the WW blogs that watching TV actually can make you hungry (food commercials) and since you are sitting there, doing nothing, you feel the urge to eat to fill the void of doing something so I'm avoiding the TV. I'll watch Grey's and Private Practice tonight, those are my shows but I'll avoid it until then.

I really hope I can keep up with all this once I get back home. I'd like to stay away from TV, get caught up on my reading (I'm so far behind on all the series I used to read) and find other things to do with my time. I don't use the internet much anymore (can't at Lynn's anyway) so...I need to take up crafting - maybe start making cards. We'll see. I'll probably fall right back into my old routines once I get back home.
